Komitmen Pelestarian Bahasa dan Budaya Tetap Terjaga di Tengah Pandemi
Gubernur Bali Wayan Koster secara resmi membuka gelaran Bulan Bahasa Bali 2021 yang memasuki edisi ketiga kalinya. Prosesi pembukaan digelar secara Luar Jaringan (Luring) dan Dalam Jaringan (Daring) bertempat di Gedung Ksirarnawa, Taman Budaya Art Centre Denpasar, Senin 1 Pebruari 2021. Pembukaan ditandai dengan penyerahan lontar Gita Prangastiti Pahayu Jagat oleh Gubernur Bali. Bulan Bahasa Bali tahun ini mengangkat tema “Wana Kerthi: Sabdaning Taru Mahottama” yang bermakna Bulan Bahasa Bali sebagai Altar Pemuliaan Bahasa, Aksara, dan Sastra Bali Tertaut Jelajah Pemaknaan Hutan sebagai Prana Kehidupan.
Gubernur Koster menekankan, Bulan Bahasa Bali ini digelar dari 1-28 Februari 2021 sebagai bentuk pemuliaan, pelestarian hingga penguatan terhadap bahasa, aksara dan sastra Bali. Bulan Bahasa Bali ini merupakan implementasi dari Perda Provinsi Bali, Nomor 4 Tahun 2020 tentang Pemajuan dan Penguatan Kebudayaan Bali serta Peraturan Gubernur Bali No 80 Tahun 2018 tentang Pelindungan dan Penggunaan Bahasa, Aksara dan Sastra Bali serta Penyelenggaraan Bulan Bahasa Bali. “Semuanya menjadi landasan hukum atau regulasi, untuk memguatkan dan melestarikan bahasa dan sastra Bali, bahkan hingga tatanan desa adat,” katanya.
Gelaran Bulan Bahasa Bali kali ini adalah komitmen Pemerintah untuk pelestarian adat budaya dan kearifan lokal Bali, meski dalam kondisi pandemi. Bali harus tetap terjaga, terawat meskipun menghadapi tantangan seperti saat ini. Sesuai visi pembangunan Provinsi Bali yakni Nangun Sat Kerthi Loka Bali, pembangunan Bali dilaksanakan dengan mengutamakan adat, budaya serta kearifan lokal setempat. ” Bahasa Bali sebagai bahasa ibu, adalah kepribadian dan jiwa masyarakat Bali. Jadi lewat momen bulan Bahasa Bali ini saya mengajak semeton Bali, untuk turut serta, penuh kesadaran, untuk turut melestarikan bahasa dan sastra Bali,” ujar Gubernur kelahiran Desa Sembiran, Kabupaten Buleleng itu.
Ketua DPD PDI Perjuangan Bali ini mencontohkan, bahasa daerah kini banyak yang sudah mulai ditinggalkan. UNESCO mencatat dari kurang lebih 6000 bahasa daerah di dunia, 200 bahasa sudah punah dan 538 kritis alias hampir punah. Di Indonesia sendiri dari 352 bahasa daerah, sudah 11 yang punah. “Saya mengajak kaum muda dan milenial untuk ambil peranan terlebih dengan kemajuan teknologi saat ini. Kemajuan teknologi harus jadi faktor pendukung kemajuan dan kelestarian bahasa dan sastra Bali,” tutur mantan anggota DPR RI tiga periode ini.
Selain Bulan Bahasa Bali, pada kesempatan ini juga menandai dimulainya Pameran Industri Kecil dan Menengah (IKM) Bali Bangkit yang merupakan kolaborasi Pemerintah Provinsi Bali bersama Dewan Kerajinan Nasional Daerah (Dekranasda) Provinsi Bali. Pameran produk lokal dan kerajinan Bali ini diharapkan mampu membantu meringankan dampak pandemi covid-19 yang menghantam sektor perekonomian di Bali. “Ini salah satu dari terobosan kita untuk menyelamatkan pelaku IKM Bali yang terkena dampak,” tandasnya.
Pameran bertajuk ”IKM Bali Bangkit” akan berlangsung hingga 31 Maret 2021. Adapun lokasi pameran IKM Bali Bangkit 2021 bertempat di kawasan Taman Budaya Bali, Kota Denpasar, yakni di area Gedung Ksirarnawa dan Ardha Candra, melibatkan 50 peserta dari IKM dan UMKM lokal di Bali.
Kepala Dinas Kebudayaan, I Wayan ‘Kun’ Adnyana menjelaskan, seluruh pengisi Bulan Bahasa Bali dipastikan menerjemahkan konsep tema dari berbagai sumber pustaka lontar, seperti Taru Pramana, Aji Janantaka, terkait Usadha, dan lain-lain. “Adapun skema isian kegiatan memadukan luring (luar jaringan) dan dengan daring (dalam jaringan), termasuk pergelaran virtual,” ujar Kun Adnyana yang juga akademisi ISI Denpasar itu.
Pelaksanaan Bulan Bahasa Bali tahun ini, layaknya tahun-tahun sebelumnya, yang menyajikan sejumlah agenda acara yang dikemas dalam bentuk Widya Tula (seminar), Kriya Loka (lokakarya), Prasara (pameran), Wimbakara (lomba), Utsawa (festival), Sesolahan (pergelaran), dan pemberian penghargaan Bali Kerti Nugraha Mahottama. “Untuk Widya Tula (seminar) akan mengangkat enam topik yakni Kalimosaddha, Widyosadha, Sastra Panaweng Gering, Usadhi Pranawa, Usadhikanda dan Dharma Usadha,” ungkapnya.
Dalam acara ini, juga akan menyerahkan Penghargaan Bali Kerti Nugraha Mahottama kepada dua tokoh yang telah berjasa dalam usaha pelestarian dan pengembangan bahasa, aksara, dan sastra Bali. Penghargaan berupa lencana emas dan hadiah uang masing-masing Rp100 juta. Pembukaan Bulan Bahasa Bali disajikan pementasan seni Sanggar Bungan Dedari ISI Denpasar yang menampilkan Sesolahan Taru Pramana yang diawali dengan pembacaan lontar Gita Prangastiti Pahayu Jagat.
