Menjaga Warisan, Anak-anak Setingkat SMP Lihai Ngetik Aksara Bali
Anak-anak ini patut diacungi jempol. Mereka mampu menulis aksara Bali dengan teknologi canggih berupa laptop. Anak-anak setingkat SMP ini tak hanya mengetik, tetapi juga terampil dalam menggunakan anggah ungguhing aksara sesuai dengan uger-uger yang ada. Itulah Wimbakara (Lomba) Ngetik Aksara Bali di Komputer serangkaian dengan Bulan Bahasa Bali 2021 di Ruang Cinema, Lantai I, Gedung Ksirarnawa, Taman Budaya Denpasar, Kamis 18 Pebruari 2021.
Lomba ini diikuti oleh 8 orang peserta merupakan perwakilan dari masing-masing kabupaten dan kota di Bali. Dalam lomba kali ini, hanya Kabupaten Bangli yang absen alias tidak mengirimkan dutanya. Para peserta duduk diatas meja yang sudah siap dengan laptop didepannya. Panitia kemudian memberikan materi “nitenin tetamian” (menjaga warisan) dalam satu lempir kertas. Setelah panitia mempersilahkan, anak-anak yang mengenakan busana adat Bali itu kemudian muali mengetik
Untuk bisa mengetik aksara Bali, pertama mereka harus mengetahui aksara, setelah itu bisa menggunakan aplikasi Bali Simbar Dwijendra yang diinstal di komputer. Para peserta mula-mula mengetik di laptop masing-masing, kemudian disimpan pada PDF lalu dikirim ke panitia. Selanjutnya diprin dan dikoreksi dewan juri. Setelah dikoreksi dewan juri, peserta yang berhasil meraih Juara I adalah Dewa Made Ardika duta Kabupaten Buleleng, Juara II diraih Ni Putu Pina Dianti duta kabupaten Tabanan dan juara III diraih oleh I Gede Chandra Adyatma duta Kabupaten Gianyar.
Waktu yang diberikan panitia untuk mengetik aksara Bali itu selama 45 menit. Namun, baru 15 menit beberapa anak sudah ada yang menyelesaikannya. Hasilnya juga sangat membanggakan. Hampir semua peserta menulis dengan benar, dan sesuai dengan uger-uger yang telah berlaku. “Kami merasa bangga, lomba berjalan dengan baik dan lancar. Anak-anak memiliki kemampuan mengetik aksara Bali yang sangat baik, bahkan ada yang bisa menyelesaikan dengan waktu 15 menit, padahal dikasi waktu 45 menit,” kata Dewa Juri, I Putu Wahyu Wirayuda, S.S, dari Penyuluh Bahasa Bali.
Itu artinya, lanjut Wahyu Wirayuda anak-anak sekarang sudah menguasai mengetik Aksara Bali pada komputer. Hasilnya sudah lumayan baik. Mereka sangat tahu dan mengerti cara pasang aksara. Walau demikian, keterbatasan waktu atau mungkin karena grogi ada banyak kesalahan yang seharunsnya tidak terjadi. Memang ada beberapa yang kurang, tetapi itu tak masalah, karena selanjutnya bisa dipelajari lagi setelah lomba ini. “Yang dinilai ada 2 kriteria, pertama adalah ketuntasan. Apakah mereka tuntas mengetik semuanya atau tidak. Kedua adalah ketepatan pasang aksara Bali, dan sesuai dengan uger-uger,” imbuhnya.
Misalnya ada kata-kata yang berasal dari luar bahasa Bali, seperti Bahasa Inggris atau bahasa lainnya, mesti menggunakan aksara yang tepat. Ada kata-kata yang berasal dari bahasa kawi atau kuno, itu juga harus tepat. Itulah tantangan mereka supaya bisa mengetik secara benar sesuai dengan anggah ungguhing aksara. “Misalnya mengetik budaya itu mesti menggunakan “de madu”, ada kata “basa” menggunakan be kembang dan metedong selanjutnya “sa” memakai sesapa. Jadi itu yang menjadi tantangan buat mereka yang masuk dalam kriteria penilaian,” paparnya.
Juri, Komang Puteri Yadnya Diani (Dosen IHGN Mpu Kuturan Singaraja) dan I Gusti Putu Surya Angga Buana, S.S dari penyuluh Bahasa Bali mengatakan, dalam waktu 45 menit itu para peserta sudah mempu menyelesaiakan tugasnya dengan baik. Semua peserta sudah mampu mengetik dengan baik. Karena dalam mengetik aksara Bali itu, perlu diingatkan harus tepat menggunakan carik. Banyak peserta yang mengetik kata berasal dari basa jawa kuna tak memakai aturan, sehingga banyak yang salah.
Ada juga yang mempergunakan serapan ketika mengetik istilah asing. Padahal yang diketik harusnya pengucapannya. Jadi para peserta haru mampu mengetik 380 kata yang ada dalam tek itu dengan baik dan benar. “Aada pula yang mengetik peraturan pemerintah dengan nomer itu ditulis no. Padahal itu artinya nomer, sehingga yang diketik mestinya nomer, bukan no.,” ucap mereka kompak.
Pemenang Juara I, Dewa Made Ardika mengaku senang dengan prestasi yang didapatnya. Siswa SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja ini menulis tentang “nitenin tetamian”. Ia mampu menyelesaikan materi itu dengan waktu sekitar 30 menit, dan sisa waktunya dimanfaatkan untuk mengoreksi aksara yang salah, sehingga sesuai dengan uger-uger yang berlaku. Ia sendiri mengaku sudah biasa menulis aksara Bali, namun untuk belajar mengetik itu dimulai sejak kelas II SMP. “Saya sangat senang bisa tampil sebagai juara. Jujur itu tak pernah dipikirkan sebelumnya, sehingga benar-benar tidak menyangka,” paparnya. [B/*]
