Menonton PKB, Wajib Bawa Hasil Rapid Tes Antigen Negatif
Pergelaran Pesta Kesenian Bali (PKB) ke-43 Tahun 2021 dimulai Sabtu, 12 Juni 2021. Hajatan tahunan ini akan dibuka Presiden RI Joko Widofo secara Dalam Jaringan (daring) yang dimeriahkan demhan penampilan Sendratari Inovatif persembahan ISI Denpasar. Walau dimasa pandemi, pesta seni masyarakat Bali ini tetap berlangsung sebulan penuh (12 Juni – 10 Juli 2021). Namun semua acara menerapan protokol kesehatan (prokes) yang ketat.
Pembukaan PKB yang berlangsung di Gedeng Ksirarnawa ini diharapkan untuk tidak menonton secara langsung untuk memghindari kerumunan. Pemerintah Propinsi Bali melalui Dinas Kebudayaan Proipinsi Bali mengajak masyarakat dapat menyaksikan pergelaran seni dari rumah saja. “Kita menghimbau kepada masyarakat untuk menonton perhelatan seni PKB cukup dari rumah saja,” jelas Kepala Dinas Kebudayaan Propinsi Bali Prof. Dr. I Gede Arya Sugiartha, disela gladi pembukaam PKB, di Gedung Ksirarnawa, Taman Budaya Bali, Jumat 11 Juni 2021.
Dalam PKB kali ini ada sebanyak 73 acara yang melibatkan 10.000 seniman akan memeriahkan PKB yang akan dibuka, Sabtu 12 Juni 2021 oleh Presiden RI Joko Widodo secara daring. “Karena masih dalam situasi pandemi Covid-19, masyarakat dihimbau agar menyaksikan semua pergelaran dari rumah melalui siaran langsung di media televisi dan media sosial yang telah ditunjuk,” tandasnya.
Hal senada juga diungkapkan Kepala UPT Taman Budaya I Wayan Ria Arsika dalam ajang seni yang menjadi kebanggaan masyarakat Bali ini bersyukur masih dapat dilaksanakan di tengah masa pandemi. Masyarakat tidak dilarang apabila ingin menyaksikan secara langsung pergelaran seni yang dipentaskan di Gedung Ksirarnawa, Taman Budaya Art Center, Denpasar. Namun, harus memenuhi syarat prokes yang telah ditentukan. “Pemerintah tidak pernah melarang masyarakat untuk datang ke PKB, kita menghimbau seluruh masyarakat sebaiknya sambil minum kopi nonton di rumah saja, karena akan disiarkan di Bali TV, TVRI, dan kanal youtube Pemprov Bali dan Disbud Bali,” ujar Ria Arsika.
Apabila masyarakat ingin menyaksikan pementasan secara langsung ke Gedung Ksirarnawa, maka harus menunjukkan surat keterangan (Suket) sudah vaksin Covid-19 dua kali dan suket hasil rapid antigen negatif. Tidak hanya itu, kuota penonton di Gedung Ksirarnawa juga dibatasi, yaitu 100 orang. Hanya diperuntukkan para seniman beserta rombongan kru dan pelaksana teknis saja.
Kalau masyarakat mau ke pameran silakan, dan tidak wajib menunjukan surat keterangan rapid antigen dengan hasil negatif, namun wajib mentaati prokes, yaitu menjaga jarak, mencuci tangan, dan tak kalah penting menggunakan masker. “Karena itu outdoor, kami juga telah menyiapkan fasilitas prokes, seperti tempat cuci tangan, hand sanitizer, pengecekan suhu tubuh,” tandasnya.
Dari segi sarana dan prasaran untuk pembukaan PKB telah rampung 100 persen. Sebanyak 82 pameran UMKM/IKM dan 10 kuliner dilibatkan selama pergelaran PKB XLIII ini. Namun, Kuliner yang disediakan hanya untuk kepentingan panitia dan pegawai Taman Budaya saja. “PKB Tahun 2021 mengusung tema “Purna Jiwa: Prananing Wana Kerthi (Jiwa Paripurna Nafas Pohon Kehidupan).
Pembukaan PKB XLIII dipusatkan di Gedung Ksirarnawa, Taman Budaya Art Center Denpasar yang disiarkan secara live di media televisi dan media sosial. Pembukaan akan dimeriahkan dengan tayangan video Peed Aya (pawai) “Pratiti Wana Kerthi” dan dipentaskan Rekasadana (pergelaran) Sendratari “Wreksa Kastuba” garapan ISI Denpasar. [B/*]
