Festival Seni Bali Jani (FSBJ) III akan berlangsung dengan penuh warna ekspresi. Beragam sajian seni bakal memeriahkan ajang tahunan ini dengan menampilkan seni inovatif, modern dan kontemporer. Hal itu tak hanya menjadi catatan sejarah berkesenian di Pulau Dewata, tetapi juga dapat merangsang kegairahan Generasi Millenial Bali dalam berkesenian, khususnya dalam seni Bali kini. Semua sajian seni mengacu pada tema FSBJ yaitu “Jenggala Sutra : Susastra Wana Kerthi” , yaitu Semesta Kreativitas Terkini Harmoni Diri dan Bumi dalam Keleluasaan Penciptaan Baru. Artinya, seni itu tak hanya diolah dengan rasa, tetapi ada pesan dan nilai-nilai yang dapat memberikan tauladan dalam kehidupan.
FSBJ akan berlangsung selama 2 minggu dari tanggal, 23 Oktober hingga 6 November 2021 yang disajikan secara Luar Jaringan (Luring) dan Dalam Jaringan (Daring) atau Virtual pada Kanal Youtube Disbud Provinsi Bali. Sajian karya seni yang dipresentasikan secara live dengan penonton terbatas. “Untuk penyelenggaraan nanti, sifatnya progresif. Artinya menyesuaikan dengan keadaan di masa pandemi, bisa dilaksanakan secara Dalam Jaringan (Daring) maupun Luar Jaringan (Luring),” kata Kepala Dinas Kebudayaan Provinsi Bali, Prof. Dr. I Gede Arya Sugiartha yang didampingi Dr. I Komang Sudirga, Ida Bagus Martinaya, dan Warih Wisatsana sebagai Tim Kurator di Kantor Dinas Kebudayaan, Rabu (22/9).
Saat itu, Prof. Arya Sugiartha mengatakan FSBJ yang sudah berlangung untuk tahun ketiga ini sebagai kegiatan apresiasi budaya untuk pemajuan kesenian inovatif, modern, dan kontemporer, diselenggarakan sebagai konsistensi jawaban atas pemberlakuan Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Bali, Nomor 4 Tahun 2020 tentang Penguatan dan Pemajuan Kebudayaan Bali yang diundangkan 9 Juli 2020, serta implementasi Visi Pembangunan Provinsi Bali 2018-2023: Nangun Sat Kerthi Loka Bali, melalui Pola Pembangunan Semesta Berencana menuju Bali Era Baru. “FSBJ III menyajikan 5 konsep yang akan membuat perhelatan ini menjadi atraktif, yaitu Eksplorasi, Eksperimentasi, Lintas-batas, Kontekstual dan Kolaborasi,” paparnya.
Konsep Eksplorasi yang menyajikan pencapaian seni inovatif berbasis kreativitas pribadi, sementara ide dan subjek eksplorasi tetap berbasis tradisi atau nilai lokal. Konsep eksperimentasi sebagai sebuah pencapaian seni modern atau kontemporer berbasis kreativitas dan percobaan medium arau media. Konsep Lintas-batas mensyaratkan pencapaian seni baru berbasis alihmedia, multimedia maupun transmedia. Konsep Konstekstual, mensyaratkan adanya pencapaian seni baru secara tematik, gaya, dan style yang relevan dengan tema dan waktu penyelenggaraan FBJ. Sedangkan Konsep Kolaborasi merujuk pada proses dan pencapaian seni modern atau kontemporer berbasis sinergi dan kerjasama antar seniman Bali atau luar daerah serta luar negeri.
Melalui konsep tersebut, selain sebagai ruang edukasi, FSBJ diharapkan menjadi ladang pembibitan bagi generasi muda Bali untuk tumbuh berkembang sebagai kreator-kreator hebat dibidang seni kontemporer dan modern. Berbeda dengan ajang Pesta Kesenian Bali (PKB), yang merupakan ajang pemanggungan kesenian tradisional, klasik dan seni rakyat. Sedangkan FSBJ memusatkan perhatian pada seni-seni kekinian yang memang dekat dengan realita kehidupan yang sedang dialami Generasi Millenial. “Dengan demikian Bali kini memiliki dua festival seni besar dengan konsep dan style yang berbeda-beda yaitu PKB dan FSBJ,” ungkapnya.
Konsep itu diterjemahkan dalam Materi FSBJ 2021 terdiri dari Mepeed Anyar (karnaval), Pawimba (lomba), Adilanggo (pergelaran), Utsawa (parade), Megarupa (pameran), Timbang Rasa (sarasehan), Beranda pustaka (bursa buku) dan Bali Jani Nugraha. Mepeed Anyar (karnaval) disajikan oleh Sanggar Gumiart dengan menampilkan sebuah pertunjukan karnaval virtual dengan menyajikan seni olah kostum secara modern, namun masih menjadikan tradisi sebagai sumber inspirasi karya. Satu hal yang akan menjadi menarik, yaitu menyajikan keunikan-keunikan Bali seperti textile, kerajinan akan diolahkreasikan dengan memadukan berbagai unsur seni pertunjukan, seperti koreografi, musik dan olah digital, sehingga menjadi satu karya virtual yang merepresentasikan tema FSBJ III Tahun 2021.
Pawimba (lomba) akan menampilkan olah kreatif dari teater modern tingkat SMA/SMK, Musikalisasi Puisi tingkat SMA/SMK dan Baca Puisi untuk Perorangan/Umum (17-25 Tahun).
Sementara untuk Utsawa (parade) Teater yang memberikan kesempatan kepada Komunitas Teater dari Kab/Kota untuk menampilkan kreativitas berkesenian khususnya dalam seni modern. Saat ini, seluruh Kabupaten dan Kota di Bali sudah mempersiapkan para dutanya, seperti Bali Eksperimental Teater (Jembrana), Teater API/Fortuna Management (Buleleng), Teater Lentera (Klungkung), Teater Bajrajnyana Musik (Gianyar), Sanggar Bajra Suara Murti (Bangli),
Haridwipa Grup (Tabanan), Komunitas Seni Wayang Sunar (Karangasem), Sanggar Seni Kuta Kumara Agung (Badung) dan Teater Limas (Kota Denpasar).
Adilango (pagelaran) menampilkan Gelar Seni Pembukaan sebuah Pergelaran Kolosal Kolaborasi Live-Virtual, Teater Opera Musikal “PUSAKA RIMBA” Sanggar Kini Berseri Kolaborasi dengan Komunitas Seni SMA/SMK. Sementara untuk Gelar Seni Penutupan menampilkan Pergelaran Kolosal Kolaborasi Live-Virtual, Musik Modern/Kontemporer Sanggar Rare Angon Sejati (Lolot Band). Penampilan yang akan memberikan sajian berbeda, dengan tampilnya Teater Mandiri Jakarta, Komunitas Usadi Langu, ISI Denpasar: Seni Pertunjukan Kontemporer “Tila Kencana”.
Adilangi dibidang tari modern akan dimeriahkan oleh Sanggar Sura Pradnya (Tribute Nyoman Sura) – Adi Siput, Komunitas Pancer Langit, Sanggar Lokananta, Sanggar Bumi Bajra Sandhi, dan Komunitas Napak Tuju. Sementara dibidang musik modern menampilkan Komunitas Badan Gila (KOBAGI), Voice Of Bali, Voice Of ITB STIKOM Bali, Komunitas Gitar Klasik PGKRI, Amabile Music Studio. Sementara diidang teater menampilkan Teater Jineng, Putu Suartini, Sulawesi Tenggara, Jhon Santiasa Putra:Parade Monolog. Ada Teater Agustus, Teater Mini, Teater Kalangan, Kalanari Teater Movement, Jati Jagat Kampung Puisi: Tribute to Umbu Landu Paranggi, Teater Selem Putih, Komunitas Mahima, Sanggar Gita Mahardika: Teater Pakeliran Dinamis “Tantri” dan Sanggar Candaka: Pembacaan Karya Sastra: HARMONI BUMI DAN DIRI.
Pada materi Megarupa (Pameran) diformat dengan penggabungan antara pameran langsung dengan virtual. Konsepnya kreatif, unik dan inovatif yang diharapka dapat menjawab pandemi Covid-19. Sementara Timbang Rasa (Sarasehan) menampilkan 7 Topik yaitu Membangun Ekosistem Teater Modern di Bali, Ragam Tematik Puisi Modern Bali, Seni sebagai Seruan Kesadaran, Alih Media dalam Seni, Kreasi Musik Bali Kini, Taksu Seni Tari Kini dan Seni Rupa Pertunjukan.
Materi Beranda Pustaka (Bursa Buku) akan dikemas secara menarik sehingga mampu memikat pengunjung untuk datang dan membaca buku yang ada. Hal itu bisa saja, karena Beranda Pustaka diformat dalam bentuk pameran langsung dengan konsep kreatif, unik, inovatif dalam sebuah stand dan buku-buku. Sebagai penyaji dalam Beranda Pustaka ini merupakan penerbit sastrawan dan pelaku seni yang bekerjasama dengan Dekranasda Provinsi Bali.
