Lit Writing Club merupakan pelatihan kemampuan menulis creative writing yang diprakarsai oleh Dian Hadiani pada tahun 2016, telah menghasilkan sebuah buku yang ditulis oleh Mina Megawati dengan judul Dari High Heels Ke Sendal Jepit.
Buku tersebut akan diluncurkan pada hari Sabtu, 1 Februari 2020 dimulai pukul 15.00 Wita bertempat di Museum Becak – Hotel Losari, Jl. Mertanadi Kuta, Bali. Dalam peluncuran Dari High Heels Ke Sendal Jepit Dian mengambil tema “Literasi dan Kita.”
Literasi diambil dari bahasa Latin literatus yang berarti orang yang belajar, secara umum literasi diartikan kemampuan orang dalam membaca, menulis, berhitung dan menyelesaikan masalah. Secara lebih khusus diartikan sebagai kemampuan orang memahami dalam membaca dan menulis sehingga mampu untuk menyelesaikan berbagai persoalan dengan menggunakan nalar.
Mengapa mengangakt tema Literasi dan Kita? Membaca sangat banyak manfaatnya seperti yang dijabarkan diatas, demikian juga dengan kemampuan menulis. Membaca dan menulis tidak bisa dipisahkan. Sebagai ketua penyelenggara, Dian Hadiani berharap event ini akan meningkatkan minat masyarakat Bali untuk membaca dan menulis.
Acara ini mendapat dukungan dari seorang yang sangat inspiratif yaitu Ibu Ni Putu Suastini Koster. Beliau, selain istri dari Gubernur Provinsi Bali Bapak I Wayan Koster, adalah juga seorang pegiat seni yang baru saja menerbitkan sebuah buku kumpulan puisi karyanya. Pada kesempatan ini beliau akan membacakan puisi dan mengisi acara talk show bersama Dian Hadiani dan Mina Megawati.
Hasil dari penjualan buku, juga uang tunai dari sponsor sebagian akan disumbangkan kepada seorang seniman difabel muda I Gde Agus Mertayasaasuhan Yayasan Bunga Bali yang dipimpin Nyoman Dana. I Gde Agus Mertayasa rencananya akan menggelar pameran tunggal bulan Maret depan, dengan kurator Bakti Wiyasa. (B/bakti)
