Bakso Demen Masari Reborn, Disukai dan Dicari
Masih ingat dengan Bakso Krama Bali? Bakso itu kini muncul lagi dengan nama Bakso Demen Masari dan menawarkan taste (rasa) yang lebih enak. Bakso yang diproduksi oleh Yayasanan Tresna Catur Asrama (Sekaa Demen Bali) itu tidak menggunakan penyedap buatan (kimia), namun tetap memiliki rasa enak dan maknyos. Semua bahan murni dari alam yang mengedepankan kesucian dan sukla, sehingga memiliki rasa yang sangat khas. Sekali mencoba, pasti ketagihan dibuatnya. Maka jangan heran, setelah Bakso Demen Masari ini di-launching, oleh Bendesa Agung Jagat Bali, Ida Penglingsir Agung Putra Suhaket di Bale banjar Kertasari, Peguyangan, Kamis 25 Juni 2020 , undangan yang hadir langsung memborongnya.
Ida Penglingsir Agung Putra Sukahet usai me-launching bakso tersebut mengatakan, bakso bukan makanan khas Bali, tetapi menjadi makanan favorit. Bakso Demen Masari adalah produksi krama Bali dan rasanya memang sangat enak. Itu memang menjadi syarat agar bakso ini disenangi. “Makan bakso ini adalah satwika. Artinya, memggunakan bahan ayam, ya memang ayam, menggunakan ikan ya memang ikan, tidak ada campuran lain. Kuahnya juga lezat dengan resep yang sangat rahasia. Disamping itu, menajemen dan produksi juga harus bagus,” ungkapnya.
Bakso Demen Masari ini juga diharapkan ada di seluruh kabupaten dan kota di Bali, bahkan ada disetiap kecamatan dan desa adat. Jika tidak ada warung bakso, paling tidak dalam sati desa adat itu ada satu rombong bakso ini. “Kami sangat mendukung kehadiran Bakso Demen Masari ini, karena dapat membangkitkan ekonomi kerakyatan Bali. Masyarakat Bali tidak lagi menganggur karena ada produksi karma Bali ini. Anak-anak kita tak boleh ragu bergerak disektor informal, karena dengan membuka warung dapat meningkatkan tarap hidup. Dengan begitu, tidak ada lagi masyarakat yang menjual tanah untuk membeli bakso, tetapi membeli tanah dengan menjual bakso,” harapnya.
Ida Penglingsir Agung Putra Sukahet menegaskan, agar bakso ini disukai warga syarat pertama adalah rasa test dan itu sudah kabinawa (teruji), sehat dan menggunakan bahan yang bukan sembarangan. Jangan berbohong dan menjalankan Ctur Asrama, ngayah untuk jagat Bali, sehingga pasti akan masari (ada hasil). “Saya ingatkan, bakso ini mesti benar-benar menjaga taste, sehingga dapat masari dan meyadnya. Karena ini mampu mendorong perputaran ekonomi Bali, mensejahterakan masyarakat dan menciptkan sukerta jaga Bali. Saya yakin bakso ini akan bisa dikenal dan dicintai serta dicari,” imbuhnya.
Ketua Yayasan I Ketut Serinama mengatakan, setekah 13 tahun “ngewana prsata” (pakum), kini bakso milik karma Bali itu kembali muncul dengan tampilan dan semangat baru. Melalui modal semangat, maka kem,bali berjuang untuk memperkenalkan bakso kepada masyarakat Bali yang tetap Bali itu exis, Bali yang ajeg, Bali yang terjaga dan Bali yang seribu pura. “Nah, di 2020 ini semanat itu muncul dan adanya dorongan lagi dari Majelis, Paiketan Krama Bali, WHDI dan organisasi lainnya, sehingga kami berharap, tak hanya yang menjual mesari, tetapi yang membeli juga mesari,” katanya.
Menurut Serinama, bakso ini tak hanya bisnis murni, tetapi ada misi pula. Setelah bakso ini berhasil, yayasan bersama bakso ini berharap bisa mewujudkan pasraman, tempat anak-anak yang berlajar seni, budaya Bali. “Jujur, sekarang ini kami tampil lebih percaya diri karena mendapat dukungan penuh sekala niskala, diantaranya dari Ida bendesa Agung Jabat bali, Paiketan Krama Bali, Wirausaha Krama Bali, WHDI, MGMP dan eleman masyarakat Bali lainnya. Tentu tidak hanya mengajegan Bali, menjaga, melestarikan dan mengembangkan budaya Bali, tetapi lewat produksi bakso ini, kami bisa memproteklsi tanah Bali, tenaga kerja dan ekonomi krama Bali,” harapnya.
