“Kise” Disulap Jadi Tempat Paket Sembako
“Kise” merupakan anyaman tradisional yang menggunakan bahan dari papah gemelo (daun pohon kelapa hijau), kini muncul lagi ditengah pandemic Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19). Jika dulu, kise biasa dimanfaatkan sebagai tempat bekal, sepetrti tipat, buah dan makanan lainnya kalau sedang bepergian jauh, tetapi kini kise dijadikan sebagai tempat untuk paket sembako. “Kami mendapat tawaran menyediakan paket sembako berupa produk sayuran yang dikemas dengan kise untuk krama di Desa Adat Kedonganan,” kata Made Bakti Wiyasa penggarap sektor seni kreatif pertanian itu.
Made Bakti Wiyasa yang seorang perupa dan kurator senirupa itu menggarap sektor seni kreatif pertanian yang ada di desanya, yaitu Desa Pemanis, Kecamatan Penebel, Kabupaten Tabanan. Sector pertanian didesanya juga terdampak Covid-19, sehingga mencoba mengembalikan tradisi membuat kise sebagai tempat sembako. “Dari masa ke masa, kise ini belum menemukan pasar yang bagus. Nah, saya mencoba memodivikasi, merefitalisasi dalam bentuk produk tas yang cantik dan unik, sehingga menjadi produk unggulan,” ujarnya, Senin 22 Juni 2020.
Menurut pria yang juga peduli situs itu mengakui, sekarang ini ada semangat baru bagi para petani sayur yang terlibat untuk mendapat motivasi baru, setelah sekian lama produksi kise tak tersentuh pasar yang bagus. Bersama Pemanis Heritage di desa tersebut, ia kemudian memfasilitasi produksi dan menyalurkan ke pasar dalam upaya menggairahkan ekonomi kreatif pedesaan. “Ternyata, gayung bersambut, dalam upaya mengangkat keunggulan potensi lokal tersebut. Kise dipasarkan melalui sinergi antar desa adat dalam konsep saling memenuhi kebutuhan krama dengan LPD sebagai fasilitator dalam aspek keuangan,” imbuhnya.
Pembina Penggak Men Mersi Kesiman ini lalu menjelaskan, dalam pembuatan kise ini disambut positif oleh pasar. “Bersama LPD Kedonganan, kami memerima tawaran pembuatan kise sebanyak 700 buah, dan hampir 2.2 ton sayuran diorder. Ini melibatkan 25 petani sayur, dimana sebagian besar sudah berusia lanjut, dan mereka sangat senang dan bersemangat,” tuturnya.
Produksi kise ini dikerjakan ditiga desa adat, yakni Desa Adat Pemanis, Desa Adat Keraton dan Desa Adat Cacap Jangkahan, Tabanan. “Kami berharap petani khususnya, ada skema terciptanya pasar yang jelas, dan berkelanjutan, sehingga petani di masa pandemi ini tetap bertahan, bahkan mampu membuka ruang kreativitas baru untuk melahirkan gagasan kreatif dalam menopang kekuatan ekonomi desa adat di Bali pada umumnya,” pungkas perupa ini kalem.
