Galeri Zen1 Resmi Dibuka : Yang Tidak Kreatif, Tak Usah Ambil Bagian
Galeri Zen1 resmi dibuka pada hari Sabtu, 07 Maret 2020 malam. Galeri yang terletak di kawasan Tuban ini, pada saat pembukaannya menghadirkan sekitar 19 perupa mengisi karya mereka di sana. Masing-masing dari mereka, hadir juga dalam pembukaan galeri ini. Perupa itu adalah Atmi Kristiadewi, Bambang Adi Pramono, Dodit Artawan, Gede Jaya Putra, Hanh (Heart Lab), Ida Bagus Indra, Ida bagus Putu Purwa, Ketut Sugiantika, Kun Adnyana, Maureno Kustarjo, Michael Palilingan, Nyoman Sujana Kenyem, Putu Bonuz, Sutjipto Adi, Teja Astawa, Uuk Paramitha, V Dedy Reru, Wai, Waka.
Para perupa itu menyambut dengan antusias pembukaan galeri Zen1 ini. Maka itu, makam pembukaan ini dikemas apik dengan beberapa kata sambutan dari Nicolaus F Kuswanto yang merupakan pemilik galeri ini. Tak tanggung-tanggung, Kepala Dinas Kebudayaan Provinsi, Dr. I Wayan Kun Adnyana juga meresmikan dan membukan secara langsung Galeri Zen1 ini. “Kemajuan seni rupa adalah tugas kita bersama. Berkarya dan membangun seni rupa di bali memang harus dilakukan bersama,” ungkapnya.
Kepala Dinas (Kadis) Kun Adnyana nenghadirkan karyanya yang dibuat pada tahun 2017 lalu. Karya ini berjudul New Passion menghubungkan generasi baru kepada sejarahnya sendiri. “Sejarah tidak pernah mati, sehingga generasi baru ini harus bisa kembali membaca sejarah,” tambahnya.
Pameran yang dimulai sejak pukul 18.40 Wita ini, dihadiri oleh sekitar 100 orang dari kalangan seniman dan kolektor, yang kesemuanya menikmati setiap lukisan demi lukisan yang dipajang penuh di gedung ini dari lantai satu sampai lantai tiga.
Eddy Soetriyono didapuk sebagai Kurator dalam pameran ini dengan menekankan ke dalam aspek penciptaan dan proses penciptaan karya itu sendiri. Tulisan ini berjudul “Mempertaruhkan Kreativitas Yang Tidak Kreatif Tidak Usah Ambil Bagian”.
Sedangkan Arif B Prasetyo memaparkan sebuah tulisan yang menarik mengenai etos Nico, sang pemilik galeri.
“Galeri ini akan senantiasa menggelar regular exhibition dan mempunyai komitmen untuk membuat berbagai kegiatan seni, di mana kami bisa saling support satu sama lain,” ujarnya.
Meski diguyur, setiap orang tampak menikmati masing-masing karya yang ada di Galeri Zen1. Setiap orang merasakan kreativitas yang bergerak, seniman rupa yang terus menjaga nyala kerativitasnya, mematangkan perubahan yang mereka pilih. Perubahan yang mengalir. Perubahan yang bersumber dari pertanyaan-pertanyaan baru pada jalan seni lukis. (B/AR)
